History
We go back a year 1995 when to construct a Hotel, it was alone a dream. The area
where nowadays the Hotel is located, was a simple field of football called Pedro
Julian, where championships were realized for the boys. Another end did not have
that to look for the happiness of a child with a ball.
After the death of the mother of one of the founders Wenceslao Strizich, only
remain this field of football, as a memorable recollection of his mother Angélica
Agüero de Strizich and his father Jose Strizich.
Following the dream of his parents, Wenceslao with his wife Susana Badia, after
years of work and sacrifice, in 2001 opened the doors of Hotel Los Sauces Cafayate.
Mission
The mission of our hotel is to be a group of persons who work to satisfy the needs of the regional tourism and to promote the tourism in the zone in which we are located, offering to them an attention personalized to the guests.

To be the most authentic hotel of the region, recognized by the excellence in the service and the unmemorable experience that every tourist takes to himself on having visited our housing and our valleys.
